[Hardware Warranty Policy]
This hardware warranty ('Warranty') for the Universal Probe ('Product') is subject to the terms as set forth herein.
1. Limited Warranty
The Product is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with the official documentation and manuals for the applicable Warranty Period. If an eligible claim on the Warranty is received by us within the applicable Warranty period, the Product will be replaced with a new one at no charge.
2. Warranty Period
Our warranty period is three months from the date when we issue the license code for the first software to be used with the Product.
3. Restrictions
The Warranty does not apply, even within the warranty period, to any of the following:
a. Any defect or damage resulting from improper care, misuse, abuse, disassembly, repair, modification, or negligent operation of the Product.
b. Any damage caused during transportation after purchase.
c. Any defect or damage caused by fire, earthquake, flooding, lightning or other natural calamities, third-party behavior, pollution or abnormal
voltage.
d. Any defect or damage resulting from abnormality of other connected equipment.
e. Any defect or damage resulting from operation of the Product contrary to the instructions contained in the manuals.
f. Any defect or damage resulting from malfunction, etc. by combination with connected equipment.
g. Any defect or damage of accessories including cables and other consumables.
h. Any electronic data damage or loss in the Product or equipment which is connected with the Product.
4. Repair (Replacement)
a. You agree to review the "FAQ" and "Troubleshooting" on the Universal Probe page of our website before contacting us with a technical issue
and to contact us using our "Technical support form" of our website if your problem cannot be solved.
b. The Product shall be replaced only when the defect is covered under warranty in the judgment of our company.
c. When you return the Product, you must use the original box and packing materials in order to avoid damage during transportation and use
a reliable forwarding agent who provides a tracking control service for cargo transport.
Our company assumes no responsibility for any damage during transportation. All items including accessories must be returned with the main
unit.
d. You are responsible for freight charges to return the Product to us, and we are responsible for the freight charges for return of the Product
from us to you.
However, for return of the Product due to initial problem of which we are informed within five days after delivery of the Product,
we are responsible for the freight charges for return to us. In such case we will advise you on how to send the Product and provide
the delivery address.
We will not pay the freight charge if the product is not sent by the method we specify.
5. Disclaimer
a. We will not be liable and you will have no remedy for damages or loss of any data saved in the Product or equipment which is connected
with the Product concerning your use or malfunction of the Product.
b. This Warranty is a promise to provide free replacement service under specific conditions and time period. The regulations do not supersede
your rights under laws.
