One hardware unit to support various functions by changing the software.
Useful for both hardware & software product development and production
The flash writer supports ARM CPU and SPI flash memory, and provides better solution in manufacturing site as usable without PC.
The logic analyzer (8 channels) catches flowing signals surely at up to 100MHz sampling.
For the logic analyzer, the number of channels can be increased by connecting multiple units.
The protocol analyzer function supports UART, I2C, SPI and CAN used frequently.
The pattern generator (8 channels) can output up to 20Mbps.
The output voltage is from 0.0 to 3.3V. It also supports Hi-Z output.
The CPU debug tool (Microprocessor development tool) supports JTAG/SWD interface by CMSIS-DAP (*1).
Supported CPUs : ARM7 / 9 / 11, Cortex-A / R / M series (*2)
Boundary-scan tool supports major devices.
New devices can be supported by adding BSDL files.
