SSS is our pay maintenance service to provide development environment with higher quality for our customers. The contents include the services below.

 Technical support:
   Answers technical questions about our products covered by this service via E-Mail and our website.

 Download of the latest version of software:
   It can be downloaded from our website.

 E-mail news:
   Sends users new version information about our products regularly by E-Mail.

SSS number (SSS#) is a registration number issued for each product with SSS agreement.
Please refer to ”SSS Registration” on which SSS# for the supported product is written.

SSS key is a license key embedded in software supported by SSS.
It is necessary to enter a license key when you install and use software supported by SSS which is downloaded from our website.
(Each product has each condition of display in dialogue to enter SSS key.)

The hardware serial number is the number written in a label on the hardware unit. The label is put on the bottom of the board or the case.

Our software supported by SSS includes our original debugger “WACTHPOINT”, WATCHPOINT add-on software and “Multifunction Analyzer”, etc., but not all the software can be downloaded from our website.

Upgraded software can be provided only by download from our website.

Downloadable software in our website is the latest version only, so software of the old version cannot be downloaded.
We recommend you to keep the downloaded software of each version because the old version is not provided.

Hardware maintenance (version-up, repair) is not included in SSS.
Please note that customers are liable for the cost of hardware repairs after the warranty period.
